7. Abrogation and Conclusion

7.1. You are exclusively accountable for appropriately terminating Your account. You have the option to terminate your account at any juncture by reaching out to your designated Account Manager via email at the provided official contact information. Termination is possible at any moment, but you will continue to be responsible for all fees incurred until that point, encompassing the complete monthly charges for the month in which you ceased service. No further charges will be incurred.

Ngriffin retains the authority to (i) alter or cease, either temporarily or permanently, the provision of the Service (or any portion thereof) and (ii) reject any and all, present and future usage of the Service, pause or terminate your account (in whole or in part), or usage of the Service and erase and discard any of your content within the Service, for any reason, including if Ngriffin deems that you have breached these Terms Of Service.
